Deposit, Payment Methods, and Cancellation Policies

A single night's stay deposit is required upon reservation, preferably by credit card although a personal check is acceptable. Final payment is due upon departure. Minimum deposit is $25.00 per day, per room.

Deposit is returned if notice is given 10 days or more prior to arrival date. If notice is given less than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room(s) or you wish to apply it to a future stay. No shows (cancellations without notice) will be charged the entire amount of the reserved stay. Reservations of three or more rooms require a thirty day cancellation notice.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay is one night.

Occupancy

The Rose room is $120.00 per night, the Orchid room is $100.00 per night, and the Daisy room is $100.00 per night; all rooms are subject to tax (10%). Our room rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional persons can be accommodated for a charge of $25 per person per night.

Breakfast

A full breakfast is served for the morning meal. Accomodations can be made in advance for special dietary needs.

Extra Meals

Box lunches are available with 24 hour notice/request, and are not included in the room fee.

Dinners are available with 24 hour notice/request, and are not included in the room fee.

Children

Childen of all ages are welcome as long as they are supervised and accompanied by an adult.

Pets

Pets can be accommodated for a fee of $25.00 per night by prior arrangement. Any damage caused by occupant's pet is the responsibility of the owner of the pet.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the Bed and Breakfast.

Privacy Policy

All email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information will never be sold to lists, or any other entity. Their use is for Lovettsville Bed and Breakfast, Inc. alone. If a reservation is made by credit card on our site, the credit card processing company rules will apply.
